Adding or Removing a Team Member
Whether your team is expanding, or you have a contractor in to help out, we have you covered. All your teams information can be found under Settings Team. Different team members have different responsibilities, so you can choose what things they can do in Easy Month End by setting their Role. There are three roles: Role Types Admin: Users with this profile will be able to change anything within your account. This includes setting your monthly Word Days, adding new companies, adding and removing new team members, setting areas, and editing tasks. Easy Month End uses email notifications to ensure that you have not missed anything important. To see what Easy Month End will send you notifications for, along with in-browser notifications, refer to the notifications article. You can add your auditors directly to your Easy Month End workspace. Hopefully it will mean fewer questions for you and the team.
