Selecting the right profiles or roles for your team

Different team members have different responsibilities, so you can choose what things they can do in Easy Month End by setting their Role. There are three roles:

Role Types

Admin: Users with this profile will be able to change anything within your account. This includes setting your monthly Word Days, adding new companies, adding and removing new team members, setting areas, and editing tasks.
Member: Users with this profile can only create and sign off tasks (Members can still sign off as reviewer, they are not limited to just preparers).
Owner: this is the attributed to the person who owns the account for your company.

The roles assigned to a team member can be changed at any time.
