Linking Your Xero Organisation to Your Easy Month End Entities

Linking your Xero Organisation(s) to your Easy Month End Entities can only occur once you have connected your Xero Organisation(s). If your Xero Organisation(s) are not yet connected, then refer to the help guide on connecting Xero to Easy Month End.

Once you have connected your Xero Organisation(s) to Easy Month End, you will need to map which Xero Organisation(s) relates to each entity you created in Easy Month End. If your Xero Organisation and Entity in Easy Month End have the same name, Easy Month End will automatically link them. If not, you will need to manually link them by following the steps below.

To manually link the entities in Easy Month End
1. Navigate to Settings --> Entities

2. Select the three dots icon next to the entity you wish to link through to Xero and then the Edit option

3. You will then see all the entity settings available for editing. Select the Connected Xero Organisation option and you will see all the Xero organisations you have linked through to your Easy Month End account. Select the one you wish to connect and then the Save entity option

4. All entities you have successfully linked through to a Xero Organisation(s) will appear with a Xero logo on the entities screen.

You are now all set for setting up tasks to automatically sign themselves off and bringing in your balance sheet for reconciling
