Getting Started with Xero

Integrating Xero with Easy Month End is simple.

You will need to follow a few simple steps to connect your Xero organisation(s) to Easy Month End. You will only need to perform this process once as after you are connected your organisaiton(s) will stay connected and your data will be refreshed automatically every 20 minutes.

Note: You will need Standard (with Reports) or Advisor permissions in Xero to add your Xero organisation.
Note: If you have used Xero Single Sign On to sign up with Easy Month End, then the company you signed up with will automatically be added.

To connect your Xero organisation to Easy Month End

Go to Settings --> Connections

Select the Connect to Xero option

If you are not already logged into Xero you will be taken to the Xero login screen. Enter your credentials for the Xero entity you wish to connect to Easy Month End

Once logged in, you will see the Xero connection screen with a list of the Organisation(s) available for you to connect with. Select the organisation you would like to connect to Easy Month End, and then click Allow access.

Once added your data synchronisation will begin. You can connect multiple Xero entities to Easy Month End, just select the Add organisation option.

You will now be all connected and ready for automated task sign-offs once an action is completed in Xero.

To view the list of the Xero entities connected at any time on the Connections page (within Settings).
